Fellwood Advisory, continues to operate under its own brand while expanding its dynamic team. We are now looking for a Debt Advisory Senior Associate to join us in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their debt advisory or corporate finance career within a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial advisory firm. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to a wide range of debt transactions, work closely with senior team members and clients including private equity principals and corporates, and play a key role in delivering high‑quality advisory outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing As Part Of a Team
- Client Support & Exposure – Attend client meetings, support senior colleagues, and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Financial Analysis & Modelling – Analyse cash flows, debt capacity and financial risk to support funding decisions.
- Debt Structuring – Assist in structuring and evaluating financing solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Transaction Execution – Support transactions end‑to‑end, including information preparation, lender engagement, due diligence, and documentation.
- Stakeholder Interaction – Build relationships with clients, lenders, legal advisers and other stakeholders.
- Market Insight – Contribute research and market intelligence to help inform client advice.
- Team Contribution – Support junior team members where appropriate and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Experience – Typically 1–3 years’ post‑qualification experience (ACA / ACCA or equivalent), or relevant experience in debt advisory, corporate finance, or structured finance.
- Technical Capability – Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, debt products, and financial modelling (training will be provided)
- Deal Exposure – Comfortable working on multiple transactions at different stages of execution.
- Client‑Focused Mindset – Professional, reliable, and keen to deliver high‑quality work for clients.
- Growth‑Oriented – Motivated to develop your technical skills, commercial awareness, and market knowledge in a growing advisory business.
