Endur Trading Business Analyst - London (with occasional travel)
Up to £80,000 | SC Eligible | No Sponsorship
We are seeking an experienced Endur Trading Business Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting energy and commodities trading firms in optimising the Endur trading platform. You will work closely with traders, risk managers, and IT teams to enhance efficiency across trading, risk management, and back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and capture business requirements for Endur trading systems.
- Configure Endur functionalities and identify opportunities for system improvement.
- Troubleshoot trading workflow issues and ensure data integrity.
- Facilitate user training and support adoption of Endur processes.
- Generate and present reports to key stakeholders.
Business Analysis / Project Delivery:
- Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery and business analysis.
- Skilled in capturing business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements.
- Experience running workshops and conducting user acceptance testing.
- Strong stakeholder management and Agile project delivery experience.
- Deep knowledge of energy trading markets (UK & European Power, Gas, or Environmental products).
- Understanding of trading instruments, including OTC transactions (forwards, swaps, simple options) and exchange-traded futures & options.
- Functional expertise in at least one area: Trade Capture, Market Risk, Back-Office, Accounting, EOD, or ETRM migrations.
- Proficient with Endur base configurations, deal lifecycle, confirmations, settlement invoicing, and scheduling.
- Experience with financial concepts: P&L, MTM, financial risk, derivatives, and settlements.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and delivering projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Bachelor's or master's degree (STEM preferred but not essential).
- Competitive salary up to £80,000 DOE.
